• as a drink for refreshment, mix water – syrup = 10:1
• with sparkkling wine, mix sparkling wine – syrup = 10 – 15 : 1
• hot drink with water or tea, mix water – syrup = 10 : 1
• to spice salads (with vinegar & oil) or sauces
